Over & Beneath the Bayou

 Lyrics by Jack HITTHEROAD

 (aka Jean LW LeQUEUX)

OVER THE BAYOU

— 🎼🎵: Cypress Canopy Dreams —

🎼: GEMINI

📃✍️LYRICS: J LW LeQUEUX

Over the Bayou highest tree
Near the sky there's the canopy
Where all my childish dreams fly
Like flocks of birds over up high

On the fresh and muddy water
Green and blue round drops glitter

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
BENEATH THE BAYOU
— 🎼🎵: Beneath the Sleeping Trunks—
📃✍️LYRICS: J LW LeQUEUX
While dragonflies are hovering
Over leaves and branches floating
Under trunks like aligators sleeping
Are schools of tiny fish wriggling
It's where my big pa's and ma's souls
Met all my sinking dreams and thoughts
